Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Your Stride, LLC

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies, notices, consents, disclosures, payment terms, subscription terms, privacy terms, or other documents referenced herein, govern your access to and use of YourStrideRx.com, including any related websites, pages, forms, portals, questionnaires, communications, services, subscriptions, customer support, scheduling tools, payment tools, refill tools, and other features operated or supported by Your Stride, LLC.

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Your Stride,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Your Stride, LLC. “You” or “your” means any person who accesses or uses the website, creates an account, submits information, purchases a service, requests a consultation, communicates with us, or otherwise interacts with our services.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using the website or services, creating an account, submitting information, completing an intake form, making a purchase, clicking an acceptance box, or otherwise using any portion of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website or services.

1. Important Medical and Legal Notice

Your Stride is not an emergency medical service. Your Stride is not a hospital, urgent care center, emergency room, medical practice, pharmacy, drug manufacturer, drug compounder, or direct provider of medical care.

Your Stride provides a website, technology, administrative support, customer service support, scheduling support, order-support services, and related non-clinical services that may help connect individuals with independent licensed health care providers, pharmacies, pharmacy support vendors, telehealth providers, and other third-party service providers.

Your Stride does not practice medicine. Your Stride does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, dispense, manufacture, compound, or provide medical advice. Any medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription decision, medication approval, medication denial, dosage decision, follow-up recommendation, or change in treatment must be made by an independent licensed health care provider using that provider’s own professional medical judgment.

Use of the website does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription, medication, refill, particular dosage, specific treatment, or any medical outcome.

2. Emergency Warning

Do not use Your Stride for medical emergencies.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.

Do not wait for a response from Your Stride, a telehealth provider, customer support, a pharmacy, or any online service if you are experiencing an emergency.

3. No Substitute for Your Personal Physician

The website and services are not a replacement for your primary care physician, specialist, in-person medical examination, emergency medical care, or ongoing medical care.

You should consult with your own physician or qualified health care provider before starting, stopping, changing, or combining any medication, supplement, diet, exercise program, weight-loss program, hormone-related treatment, wellness plan, or other health-related treatment.

You are responsible for informing your regular physician and other health care providers about any medications, compounded medications, prescriptions, supplements, or treatments you receive through or in connection with services accessed through Your Stride.

You should not ignore, delay, or avoid medical advice from your personal physician because of information provided on the website or through the services.

4. Independent Licensed Providers

Medical services, if available through or in connection with the website, are provided by independent licensed health care providers or third-party medical groups, not by Your Stride.

Your Stride does not control, direct, interfere with, or guarantee the professional medical judgment of any licensed provider.

A provider may deny treatment, refuse to prescribe, require additional information, require lab testing, require in-person care, recommend a different treatment, stop treatment, or refer you to another provider at any time based on medical judgment, legal requirements, safety concerns, or incomplete information.

5. Pharmacies and Medication Fulfillment

If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is medically appropriate, the prescription may be sent to a licensed pharmacy or pharmacy partner for review, processing, dispensing, and fulfillment.

Your Stride does not manufacture, compound, dispense, package, label, or ship medication unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Any medication fulfillment is handled by a pharmacy or pharmacy-related third party.

A pharmacy may refuse to fill a prescription, delay fulfillment, require clarification, substitute where legally permitted, cancel fulfillment, or contact the prescribing provider if the pharmacy determines there is a legal, safety, supply, availability, or clinical concern.

6. Compounded Medication Disclosure

Some medications that may be prescribed by independent licensed providers and dispensed by licensed pharmacies may be compounded medications.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This means compounded medications are not reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed or dispensed.

Compounded medications are not the same as FDA-approved medications. Compounded medications are not generic versions of FDA-approved medications. Compounded medications may differ from FDA-approved products in formulation, inactive ingredients, dosage form, concentration, packaging, labeling, instructions, quality controls, testing, and other characteristics.

A compounded medication may be prescribed only when an independent licensed provider determines, based on the individual patient’s medical needs, that the medication is clinically appropriate.

You should speak with the prescribing provider and dispensing pharmacist about the risks, benefits, alternatives, instructions, storage requirements, side effects, and emergency warning signs related to any compounded medication.

7. No Claim of FDA Approval for Compounded Medications

Your Stride does not represent that any compounded medication is FDA-approved.

Your Stride does not represent that any compounded medication is the same as, equivalent to, interchangeable with, or a generic version of any FDA-approved medication.

Any references to medication names, medication classes, active ingredients, clinical categories, or FDA-approved products are for general educational, identification, comparison, or discussion purposes only and do not mean that a compounded medication is FDA-approved, identical, equivalent, interchangeable, endorsed, or manufactured by the maker of any FDA-approved product.

Your Stride is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by any manufacturer of any FDA-approved medication unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Medication Risks and Serious Side Effects

All medications involve risk. Prescription medications, compounded medications, injectable medications, weight-loss medications, metabolic medications, hormone-related medications, wellness-related medications, and other treatments may cause side effects, allergic reactions, severe injury, hospitalization, permanent harm, or death.

Risks may vary depending on the medication, dose, formulation, route of administration, your medical history, your allergies, your other medications, your health conditions, your age, your weight, your pregnancy status, your kidney function, your liver function, your family history, your alcohol use, your diet, your activity level, and other factors.

This list is not complete. You must review all medication information, instructions, warnings, contraindications, pharmacy materials, provider instructions, and follow-up recommendations given to you.

You should immediately contact a licensed health care provider if you experience concerning side effects. You should call 911 or seek emergency medical care if you experience severe or life-threatening symptoms.

9. Individual Treatment Plans

Any treatment plan made available through or in connection with the services is intended to be individualized based on information you provide and the independent medical judgment of a licensed provider.

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and updated information to the provider, pharmacy, and Your Stride where applicable.

10. Your Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, complete, current, and accurate information when using the website or services.

Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in incorrect medical decisions, unsafe treatment, medication interactions, dosing errors, pharmacy delays, shipping errors, treatment denial, injury, or death.

You agree to promptly update your provider, pharmacy, and Your Stride if your medical condition, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, side effects, shipping address, contact information, or other relevant information changes.

11. Telehealth Consent and Limitations

By using services that involve telehealth, you understand that telehealth has benefits and limitations.

Telehealth may allow convenient access to licensed providers, but it may not be appropriate for every condition or every patient. Telehealth does not always include an in-person physical examination. Certain conditions require in-person care, emergency care, lab testing, imaging, specialist evaluation, or ongoing monitoring.

You consent to receive services through telehealth where available and clinically appropriate.

12. Not an Insurance Program

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Your Stride is not an insurance company, health plan, pharmacy benefit manager, discount medical plan, or government health program.

Services and medications may be self-pay and may not be covered by insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other federal or state health care program.

Your Stride does not guarantee insurance coverage, reimbursement, tax deductibility, health savings account eligibility, flexible spending account eligibility, or any particular payment treatment.

You are responsible for understanding your own insurance, benefit, tax, and reimbursement rules. You agree not to submit false, misleading, duplicate, or improper claims to any insurer, health plan, employer benefit plan, or government health care program.

13. Eligibility

You may use the website and services only if you meet the eligibility requirements below.

The services are intended for users located in the United States. Services may not be available in all states. Availability may depend on provider licensure, pharmacy licensure, medication availability, applicable law, and other factors.

14. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account or complete identity verification to use certain services.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

15. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website or services for prohibited purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or created a safety, legal, fraud, payment, or security risk.

16. Payments, Fees, and Billing

You agree to pay all fees, charges, and taxes associated with the services, products, subscriptions, consultations, administrative services, pharmacy services, shipping, or other purchases you authorize.

Prices, fees, and availability may change at any time unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

By providing a payment method, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method for amounts due.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors. Your use of payment services may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be processed, we may suspend or cancel services, orders, subscriptions, or account access.

17. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Refills

Some services may be offered on a subscription, recurring, refill, or membership basis.

If you enroll in a recurring service, you authorize recurring charges according to the checkout terms presented to you.

You are responsible for reviewing the specific subscription, refill, renewal, and cancellation terms presented at checkout or in your account.

18. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations may depend on the status of the order, provider review, pharmacy processing, medication preparation, shipment status, subscription terms, and applicable law.

Because medication and prescription-related services involve provider review, pharmacy processing, patient-specific orders, and regulated products, not all payments may be refundable.

Contact the company through the Contact Us page on YourStrideRx.com for cancellation or refund questions.

19. Shipping, Delivery, and Storage

If medication or other products are shipped, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Your Stride is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses, carrier errors, package theft, temperature exposure, or failure to retrieve a package to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where caused by our own unlawful conduct.

20. Medication Instructions and Safe Use

You agree to use any medication only as prescribed and instructed by the licensed provider and dispensing pharmacy.

You are responsible for reading and following all medication labels, pharmacy instructions, provider instructions, safety warnings, storage directions, and injection instructions if applicable.

If you are unsure how to use a medication, you must contact the provider or pharmacist before using it.

21. Medication Availability and Regulatory Changes

Medication availability may change at any time.

Services, prescriptions, refills, compounded medications, pharmacy fulfillment, pricing, and treatment options may be affected by multiple factors.

Your Stride may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, treatment option, medication-related workflow, subscription, refill option, or website feature at any time.

22. Educational Content Only

Content on the website, including articles, FAQs, descriptions, marketing materials, medication information, wellness content, treatment descriptions, pricing information, and general health information, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Website content is not medical advice. Website content should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease, condition, symptom, or health concern.

Only a licensed health care provider can determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.

23. No Guarantees

Your Stride does not guarantee any particular result, treatment outcome, or website availability condition.

Results vary by individual.

24. Testimonials, Reviews, and Results

Testimonials, reviews, before-and-after statements, user stories, or examples displayed on the website or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences only.

They do not guarantee that you will have the same or similar experience.

Health outcomes, weight loss, side effects, tolerability, medication response, and treatment success vary by person.

Any testimonials or reviews should not be interpreted as medical advice, guaranteed results, or proof that a treatment is appropriate for you.

25. Communications

By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information, you authorize Your Stride, its service providers, pharmacies, providers, vendors, or partners involved in services you request to contact you regarding matters related to your use of the services.

You may opt out of marketing communications as instructed in those communications. You may still receive transactional, account, order, legal, safety, and service-related communications.

Email and text communications may not always be secure. Do not send urgent medical issues through email, text, website chat, or customer support channels.

26. Privacy

Your use of the website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Your Stride may collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using the website or services, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

If you receive services from a licensed provider, pharmacy, medical group, or other covered entity, that party may provide a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

27. Third-Party Services

The website and services may involve third-party providers, pharmacies, payment processors, telehealth platforms, customer support tools, shipping carriers, laboratories, identity verification vendors, analytics providers, technology vendors, and other third parties.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms, policies, privacy practices, and consent requirements.

Your Stride is not responsible for the acts, omissions, professional judgment, medical decisions, pharmacy decisions, privacy practices, security practices, delays, errors, or services of independent third parties, except to the extent required by law.

28. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, icons, software, videos, forms, workflows, branding, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Your Stride or its content providers.

You may use the website for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the website or content without our prior written permission.

29. User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, reviews, comments, suggestions, testimonials, images, messages, or other content to Your Stride, you grant Your Stride a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content for business purposes, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.

Do not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, invasive of privacy, or that contains another person’s private information without authorization.

You are responsible for content you submit.

30. Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or update the website or services at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or available at all times.

We are not responsible for outages, downtime, technical errors, internet failures, third-party platform failures, payment processor issues, pharmacy delays, provider delays, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

31. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, services, technology, and non-clinical support services provided by Your Stride are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Your Stride disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Your Stride does not warrant that the website or services will meet your expectations, produce a particular result, be uninterrupted, be error-free, or be free from harmful components.

Medical services, pharmacy services, prescriptions, medication dispensing, and clinical decisions are provided by independent licensed providers and pharmacies, not by Your Stride.

32. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Stride, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, personal inconvenience, emotional distress, or loss of opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Stride shall not be liable for damages arising from the matters listed below.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

33. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Your Stride, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the matters listed below.

34. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Your Stride agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the website, the services, payments, communications, account access, or your relationship with Your Stride shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Your Stride agree that the dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except where applicable law does not permit arbitration or where either party seeks relief in small claims court.

You and Your Stride agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative action.

You and Your Stride waive the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This arbitration and class action waiver section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, privacy, security, or other urgent rights.

35. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to the arbitration provision above, any court proceeding that is permitted under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in a state or federal court located in Texas, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

36. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website or services at any time if we believe one or more of the reasons below apply.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

37. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

When we update these Terms and Conditions, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms and Conditions are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions, except where additional consent is required by law.

If you do not agree to updated Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the website and services.

38. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful, valid, and enforceable, if possible.

39. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.

Your Stride may assign or transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, financing, corporate transaction, change in control, or transfer of business operations.

40. No Oral Modification; No Reliance on Unauthorized Statements

No employee, contractor, customer service representative, agent, marketing representative, vendor, affiliate, or other representative of Your Stride is authorized to verbally modify, waive, expand, or alter these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified only by a written update posted by Your Stride on the website or by a written agreement expressly authorized by Your Stride.

You agree that you may not rely on any verbal statement, informal message, customer service communication, marketing statement, social media message, text message, email, chat message, or other communication that conflicts with these Terms and Conditions.

No statement by any Your Stride employee, contractor, customer service representative, agent, vendor, affiliate, or other non-clinical representative shall be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment instruction, dosage instruction, medication approval, pharmacy instruction, or provider recommendation.

Only an appropriately licensed health care provider may provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescription decisions, dosage instructions, or changes to a treatment plan. Only a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy representative may provide pharmacy counseling or medication-specific pharmacy guidance within the scope of applicable law.

If you receive any communication that appears to conflict with these Terms and Conditions, medication instructions, provider instructions, pharmacy instructions, or safety warnings, you must contact the prescribing provider or dispensing pharmacy for clarification before taking or continuing any medication.

41. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, any consent forms, checkout terms, subscription terms, telehealth consents, medication disclosures, pharmacy terms, and other policies or notices presented to you, form the entire agreement between you and Your Stride regarding your use of the website and services.
